Job summary

JobSquad Florida seeks an experienced Manager of Inventory & Planning to balance forecasted demand with supply and meet revenue targets. You will lead a team to optimize the planning process across the enterprise resource planning system, improving service levels and on-time delivery.

You will partner with operations, commercial, and logistics to streamline production flow and minimize disruptions while driving cost-efficient material handling and inventory turns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, materials, or similar function.
• Experience with ERP, MRP and production planning fundamentals.
• Strong BI and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning strategies to meet service levels and inventory objectives.
• Develop, execute, and monitor demand, supply and master production schedules.
• Establish robust SIOP processes and integrated master production schedules.
• Oversee movement of materials from receiving to delivery into production.
• Provide direction to materials and production scheduling teams.
• Collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools across planning functions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance and operations on material transitions.
