Job summary

Roller Rabbit is seeking a Planning Associate in New York to analyze performance, manage inventory, and support forecasting for a multi-channel retail business. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to inventory optimization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of omni-channel planning in lifestyle or fashion retail, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of omni-channel planning experience within lifestyle, fashion or multi-channel retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
Extremely analytical and detail-oriented with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Initiate analysis: build reports on performance by classification and subclass across the business and derive actionable insights.
Monitor inventory, analyze sell-through and trends, and support SKU optimization and planning discussions.
Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Allocation to align on line development and omni-inventory strategies.
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning in a fast-paced retail environment.
