Job summary

Ellsworth is seeking an Inventory Analyst to drive inventory performance across the supply chain. You will analyze inventory data, KPIs, and reporting to assess health and collaborate to develop stocking strategies. This role provides data-driven insights to influence decisions and contributes to SIOP and IBS processes.

Required: 2+ years in inventory management or supply chain and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. CPIM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain.
• Certifications such as CPIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support inventory strategy, segmentation, and optimization frameworks.
• Collaborate with distribution, commercial, and supply chain teams to implement stocking solutions.
• Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, reporting, and analytics to guide decisions.
• Analyze safety stock, reorder points, service levels and advise based on costs and demand patterns.
• Present inventory recommendations to customers and suppliers to drive adoption.
