Job summary

ARMOR-IIMAK is looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to optimize inventory and purchasing processes. You will work across data-rich systems to ensure the right materials are available when needed, supporting manufacturing productivity and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP and Excel, and the ability to communicate across teams. Office-based with occasional travel, you will help drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Balance customer demand with production requirements and inventory costs.
• Analyze sales data and coordinate with Production Planning to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate inventory receipt transactions within SAP and manage cycle counts.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routings, and product costings in SAP.
• Lead inventory reviews and monitor KPIs for logistics performance.
• Prepare purchase orders and verify receipts against documentation.
• Track supplier performance and support CSR initiatives.
