Job summary

The role focuses on leading MRP-related activities, coordinating with multiple divisions, and ensuring compliance with FTZ documentation and shipping requirements. APICS/CPIM certification is preferred and 4-6 years in material handling and supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high-school education in production management and inventory control.
• 4-6 years combined experience in material handling, production scheduling and supervision.
• APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, MRP, material handling and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and sustained activities of inventory personnel.
• Assess internal requirements from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Convey requirements to others and gain consensus on direction and strategy.
• Develop, implement and manage MRP for receiving, storage and issuance of goods.
• Coordinate with divisions to achieve cross-functional objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advanced supply chain management and inventory practices.
• FTZ administrator for FTZ entries and documentation including US Customs clearance.
• Manage the inventory (including controlled inventory) of material in the centralized warehouse.
