Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Cost Accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory dashboards showing aging, finished goods, raw materials, and obsolescence.
• Create and monitor cycle-count processes aligned with material cost and usage.
• Investigate inventory inconsistencies with plants to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and management on obsolete materials disposal.
• Develop inventory KPIs with cross-functional teams (DIOH, cycle counts, obsolescence).
• Develop short- and long-term material supply plans and escalate constraints early.
• Monitor supplier performance and plan recovery actions when commitments slip.
• Oversee recruitment and training of inventory support staff and supervise buyers/counters.
• Collaborate with production and QA to ensure food safety and quality.
