Job summary

Viaflex, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Manager to own material planning, inventory control, and logistics end-to-end, ensuring timely and cost-efficient flow of raw materials into production and finished goods to customers.

You will lead S&OP for materials, optimize OTIF delivery, manage ERP systems (IFS), and mentor a growing team while partnering with Production, Quality and Customer Service to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and accountability in managing a team
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS
• Ability to coach and empower teammates

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end material planning and inventory management
• Lead S&OP for materials and align demand, supply, and production
• Oversee inventory accuracy and material traceability
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics (truckload, LTL, expediated)
• Optimize freight spend and routing
• Monitor OTIF delivery performance
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Customer Service
• Identify cost savings in freight, inventory and handling
• Develop planning, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Ensure ERP usage and reporting for inventory management
