Job summary

gategroup in North America is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to manage daily inventory, distribution, and warehouse workflows. You will own processes that ensure millions of travelers receive the right products at the right time.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory and logistics, proficiency with Excel and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate across procurement, warehousing, and finance. This is an on-site position based in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, planning, forecasting, and parity with vendors.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards and tracking KPIs.
• Experience with inventory, distribution, or warehouse systems and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of gateretail’s operations, contracts, and inventory ecosystem.
• Analyze end-to-end data to provide strategic supply chain insights and forecast usage.
• Track inventory accuracy through counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels with distributors and providers.
• Conduct periodic loading audits and document root-cause findings for SOPs.
• Configure inventory software to optimize workflows and alerts.
• Provide timely insights on inventory performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Deliver on-time reporting and reconcile supplier invoices weekly.
