Job summary

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Inventory Analyst for gateretail North America, Inc. to manage daily inventory, distribution and warehouse workflows, owning processes that ensure travellers receive the right products at the right time.

You will leverage inventory systems, forecasting tools, and data analysis to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve inventory performance, translating data into actionable recommendations to drive program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, finance, accounting, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of inventory, logistics, planning, forecasting, and vendor par levels experience.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards and tracking KPIs.
• Experience with inventory, distribution, or warehouse systems and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of operations, contracts, inventory assets, and provisioning.
• Analyze end-to-end data to generate strategic supply chain insights.
• Track inventory through cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels with distributors and providers.
• Perform periodic loading audits and document root-cause findings.
• Configure inventory management software for cycles, thresholds, and alerts.
• Forecast demand and recommend reorder/allocation strategies to maximize profitability.
• Deliver on-time reporting including weekly and monthly inventory summaries.
• Validate supplier invoices through three-way matching and SOPs.
