Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Inventory Planner to analyze multi-location inventory needs and manage purchasing from a multi-supplier base.

You will support a multi-tiered distribution network, monitor stock levels, lead times, and demand variability, and develop SKU forecasts based on historical data. The role involves uploading data into supplier inventory management systems, forecasting, and working with senior sales staff to build both short-term and long-term models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Experience with multi-location inventory planning and supplier coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory position and plan purchasing across multiple locations.
• Analyze supplier lead times and forecast demand.
• Upload sales and forecasting data into inventory management systems.
• Develop SKU forecasts based on historical data and trends.
• Create short- and long-term forecasting models with sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
