Job summary

Amazon's Long-Term Planning and Forecasting (LTPF) organization seeks a Senior Program Manager to own US long-term inventory and capacity plans, coordinating with scientists, economists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define processes and deliver forecasts and interventions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect the customer engagement experience and forecast interventions across LTPF for strategic planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage priorities and resources, and partner with Product, Tech, Science, and Operations.
• Regularly present to Directors and VPs and own quarterly and annual reviews with senior leadership.
