Job summary

You will build driver-based models, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decisions with clear narratives, while upholding strong financial controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance partner to Faucets category leaders and business teams.
• Build driver-based financial models linking strategy to outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights on profitability, pricing, mix, and margin drivers.
• Lead scenario modeling and predictive insights for forecasting and business cases.
• Provide strategic recommendations with clear financial tradeoffs to leaders.
• Own MBR/QBR insights, KPI trends, and performance narratives.
