Perelel is seeking an analytical Inventory Planning Manager to help build and scale operational capabilities. You will spearhead demand forecasts across product categories, manage inventory across warehouses, and partner with production teams to optimize supply and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support Perelel's growth in women's health. Strong Excel/Sheets skills required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes and systems from the ground up.
• Curious and excited to leverage new technologies, including AI, to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and refinement of demand forecasts across product categories, channels, and markets.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies that balance service levels, working capital, and financial objectives.
• Manage inventory allocation across warehouses and distribution nodes to mitigate out-of-stock risk and improve outbound efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, models, and processes for accuracy.
• Lead weekly production status meetings and manage vendor relationships as the primary contact for supply and production questions.
• Develop component purchasing strategies balancing supply flexibility, margins, and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, reduce costs, and increase supply chain resilience.
• Own Amazon inventory strategy to maximize margin while maintaining target service levels.
• Build and maintain demand and inventory plans to support new channel launches and business expansion.
