Vibrant Ingredients in Lake Mary, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, optimize stock levels, and support efficient supply chain operations. This role minimizes discrepancies and improves turnover across our four U.S.

facilities. You will perform regular cycle counts, use ERP systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and partner with production, procurement, and finance to drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and warehouse

Formación

• High school diploma or GED not required if 2–4 years in inventory control, ERP, or supply chain ops.
• Experience with carriers, freight scheduling, or inventory management systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution, preferably food/beverage.
• Experience with SQL or ERP reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse, production, finance, and procurement.
• Utilize ERP software to track stock movements and updates.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and variances.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
