The role involves routine audits, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with inventory policies, contributing to a streamlined distribution process and reliable stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Experience working with inventory systems and basic reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to support inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
