Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage cycle counts, verify stock integrity, and support audits across Receiving, Warehousing and Shipping.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma with 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Mansioni

• Update and review inspections and corrected inventories.
• Perform cycle counts and verify against perpetual stock.
• Generate reports for research of failure activity.
• Update inventory in the WMS per Arcadia policies.
• Verify item setup and integrity in dimensions, dating, and UPCs.
• Analyze inventory imbalances to improve integrity.
• Audit product availability error reports.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Support audits and data entry for documentation.
