Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to assist in stock taking and inventory control, coordinating incoming and outgoing product flows. You will help maintain accuracy and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2-3 years of related experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization.
• Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.
• Research for customer claims.
• Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder.
• Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e.; tally previous pulled orders).
• Audit product availability error report.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
