Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS seeks an Empowered Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of facilities and programs. You will recruit, hire, promote, and mentor team members, set schedules, and ensure staffing aligns with workload while acting as backup for the Manager.

You will drive safety and culture, deliver performance reviews, supervise payroll approvals in Kronos, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or strong work experience.
• Experience leading facilities or warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Kronos payroll is a plus.
