Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Distribution Manager to oversee safety, productivity, and quality across a multi-site distribution center in Olive Branch, MS. You will lead supervisors and hundreds of hourly employees, ensuring on-time shipments and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5+ years in distribution leadership, and strong knowledge of WMS, lean methods, and automation systems. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering; Quality Management; or Production & Operations Management.
• 5+ years leading distribution teams.
• Knowledge of distribution principals, WMS, and Automation Systems.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; Lean principles (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Communication Tools, Problem Solving).
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors and managers across inbound, picking, outbound, and cycle counting.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement and cost savings projects.
• Prepare reports on on-time shipments, fill rate, shipment accuracy, and safety.
• Design and improve process flows to meet increased annual demand.
• Ensure safety alignment and coordination with senior leadership for initiatives.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and hourly associates to drive growth and development.
