Halperns' Steak & Seafood is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Baltimore, MD. The role oversees the entire inventory control process, ensuring accurate counts, controlling spoilage, and managing procedures for audits, cycle counts, and adjustments.

You will lead a team, implement inventory policies, and cooperate with facilities to safeguard stock and optimize rotations while adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years of inventory experience with one year in leadership.
• Ability to develop and maintain inventory policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update inventory records and daily processes.
• Coordinate monthly physical inventories and lead audits and adjustments.
• Develop reports to support accurate inventory counts and loss prevention.
