Job summary

IDN Global, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Buyer / Planner based in Dallas, TX.

You will own inventory replenishment, special orders, and drop-ship procurement across multiple branches, ensuring product availability while controlling costs and maintaining strong vendor accountability. This full-time role requires 3–5+ years in stock replenishment and procurement in wholesale or distribution, advanced Excel skills, and experience with an ERP system.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of stock replenishment, special orders, and drop-ship purchasing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data lookups, tracking, and financial calculations.
• Experience with an ERP inventory management platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stock replenishment lifecycle and optimize inventory turns across branches.
• Execute and manage special orders with exact configurations and tight lead times.
• Coordinate end-to-end drop-ship procurement and ensure timely direct-to-customer shipments.
