Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of retail allocation, planning, or merchandising experience.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data (APS, Weeks of Supply).
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Execute initial purchase order allocations and manage replenishment to ensure timely inventory flow.
Monitor and optimize store inventory levels to achieve goals.
Maintain and optimize replenishment programs (min/max levels).
Identify opportunities to maximize sales through allocation and balance across locations.
Analyze business performance using BI tools and Excel to derive insights.
Track inbound purchase orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate issues.
Prepare allocation strategies using retail metrics (APS, Weeks of Supply).
Partner with Buying, Planning, and Store teams on assortment needs and product flow.
Participate in business reviews and cross-functional meetings to drive decisions.
