Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Communications professional to support planning, creation, and delivery of clear, consistent messages across employees, partners, and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams to align content with brand standards and drive engagement through multiple channels.

With 2–4 years in communications or related fields, you’ll edit and coordinate content, track engagement, and help manage content calendars and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing and collaboration skills with attention to accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and distributes communications materials including announcements, newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
  • Partners with team members and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging.
  • Supports campaign execution across internal and external channels, maintaining brand alignment and consistency.
  • Tracks and reports engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness.
  • Contributes to content calendars and assists in planning communications events and initiatives.
  • Maintains awareness of industry and organizational updates to inform communication priorities.
  • Ensures all content reflects organizational values and accessibility standards.

Job Summary

Supports the planning, creation, and delivery of clear, consistent communications that enhance understanding and engagement among employees, partners, and external stakeholders. Collaborates across teams to develop standard and varied content aligned with organizational priorities and brand standards. Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
