Shield AI in Washington is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to lead communications for enterprise priorities, organizational change, and ongoing employee communications. You will develop and execute communication plans that help employees understand company priorities, changes affecting their work, and the actions they need to take.

The role requires writing and editing across channels, managing timelines and reviews, and partnering with senior leaders to align messaging.

Qualifications

Excellent writing, editing, and presentation-development skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing communications plans, timelines, and stakeholders.
Experience developing communications for acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale changes.

Responsibilities

Lead communications for enterprise priorities, change initiatives, and employee communications.
Develop and execute communication plans for change, including M&A and integration activity.
Write and edit announcements, FAQs, talking points, and intranet content across channels.
Manage calendars, trackers, reviews, and delivery timelines for multiple projects.
Partner with senior leaders to align messaging and delivery channels; gather feedback.
