Job summary

Referment is seeking an Internal Communications Associate to improve how information and ideas travel across our organisation. You’ll help connect colleagues to business priorities, leadership updates and activity across the firm.

You will translate complex topics for internal audiences, develop strategies and hands-on delivery, and collaborate with senior leaders and teams to draft, review and execute communications in multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in communications or editorial work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multi-project management.
• Collaborative and able to work with stakeholders at varied levels.
• Curiosity and initiative to source new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Draft updates around strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
• Edit content from announcements to events and video.
• Translate complex topics into clear messaging for internal audiences.
• Support project management from brainstorming to delivery.
