Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage internal communications plans to support DLNH and strengthen the Duke Health brand.
• Lead crisis communications and coordinate messaging with Duke Health System leadership.
• Mentor staff and vendors; collaborate with Marketing and Human Resources to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create communications content, publications, and digital assets for diverse audiences.
• Support community outreach and engagement initiatives to strengthen hospital visibility and partnerships.
