Job summary

Capital One is seeking a highly strategic Commercial Executive Communications Manager to join the Commercial Banking Internal Communications team. You will advise senior leaders, shape messages for business imperatives, and build trust across the leadership community.

You will design, deliver executive communications, create engaging narratives, presentations, and events, and measure impact with data-driven feedback to accelerate the journey to the Top Middle Market Bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years in communications.
• Masters degree preferred in communications, marketing, public relations, English or journalism.
• 6+ years working with executive leaders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement executive communications strategies for business imperatives.
• Advise senior executives and leadership teams on reputation, engagement, and change management.
• Plan internal communications with narratives, messages, and announcements; create executive-led meetings, digital assets, presentations, and events.
• Measure performance of communications and adjust strategies based on feedback.
