This role partners with the Leadership Team to craft executive narratives, messages, and announcements that translate strategy into momentum and engagement across lines of business.

You’ll balance strategic counsel with hands-on execution, shaping communications that drive business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in communications
• Masters degree in communications, marketing, public relations, english or journalism (preferred)
• 6+ years of experience working with executive leaders (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Counsel & Leader Enablement: advise senior executives and leadership teams on reputation, engagement, and change management
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Creative storytelling & internal engagement: craft narratives, messages and announcements for leaders and associates
• Execution of strategy: balance strategic planning with tactical execution and measure impact
