You will partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance to inform and engage employees while advancing business objectives.

The role emphasizes developing campaigns, storytelling, and optimized channels to strengthen culture and transparency.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Communications or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information.
• Experience with digital communications platforms and analytics.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with North American business teams and key partners including Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Help manage and optimize core communications platforms and channels.
• Support communications planning and execution with analytics and reporting.
• Develop and deliver content that informs employees and supports business objectives.
• Create campaigns and storytelling to showcase values and encourage engagement.
• Manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-driven environment.
