You will translate complex operational topics for a global employee audience, producing long-form features, executive messaging, newsletters, intranet posts and webcast content.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of corporate communications experience with a portfolio demonstrating AP Style mastery.
• Ability to translate complex operational topics into clear, engaging content for a global audience.
• Proven ability to operate proactively, manage multiple priorities under deadlines, and advise internal clients as a trusted partner.
• Experience working in or open to a global environment across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Write and edit long-form features, executive messaging, presentations, newsletters, intranet posts and webcast content.
• Own key employee publications, edit submissions and raise overall quality.
• Produce clean AP Style copy with minimal revision cycles.
• Track engagement metrics and leverage AI to inform strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans tied to business goals.
• Partner with internal clients on message and channel strategy and timing.
• Coordinate logistics for Houston-based events and sponsorships.
