Job summary

Saint-Gobain’s Internal Audit team in the United States seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead multiple audits across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Audit  and possibly supervising one Senior Internal Auditor.

You will partner with senior leaders, assess risks, design testing strategies, and ensure timely, evidence-based reporting that supports sustainable risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• Experience leading complex audits and coordinating resources.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple audit assignments from planning through final report issuance.
• Define objectives, testing strategies, and timelines aligned with risk.
• Travel up to 25% and oversee fieldwork with accountability for quality and timing.
• Present audit results to senior leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
