Job summary

Sika is seeking an Internal Auditor with manufacturing audit experience to plan and perform financial and operational audits across the AMERICAS. The role is anchored in our Corporate Audit team, with a global remit and regional hubs for EMEA, APAC, Americas, and Corporate.

You will analyze processes, assess risks, lead field audits, and report audit findings to management, with travel up to 50–70% across the US, Canada, Latin America, and occasional global assignments.

Qualifications

• CIA or willingness to certify; other certifications (CISA, CFE, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of Internal Audit experience in international manufacturing with Big 4 external audit background.
• Strong understanding of internal control concepts and models.
• Fluent in English; Spanish desirable; ability to travel up to 50–70% in US/Canada/Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and support processes.
• Identify and assess risks and controls in scope.
• Wrap-up field audit: review actions, document work, debrief team.
• Prepare planning deliverables and audit work programs.
• Conduct interviews, walk-throughs, tests; ~10 field audits/year.
• Contribute to group-level audits and QA program.
