Generac Power Systems is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to plan, execute, and lead audits across a global manufacturing organization. You will provide independent assurance, strengthen internal controls, and support risk management and governance processes.

Key responsibilities include leading audit engagements, ensuring SOX compliance, identifying control gaps, and collaborating with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement remediation plans and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, or a related business field.
• 3 years of internal audit or related finance experience.
• Knowledge of COSO, SOX, and financial reporting principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end audit engagements, from planning to reporting.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and perform testing.
• Support SOX risk assessment, testing, and external coordination.
• Provide advisory support on business initiatives.
• Mentor junior auditors and engage with global stakeholders.
