Structure Tone Philadelphia, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Estimator in Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Estimator will develop construction cost estimates for a diverse set of projects in the early stages of development and support the project team with updated cost information during the Pre-construction phase.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, taking-offs, bid solicitation, and ensuring estimates meet financial objectives while staying current with codes and trends.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in estimating, construction, or related duties.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel with strong budgeting and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Review plans and drawings and prepare quantity take-offs for projects.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and update throughout pre-construction.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors and analyze bids for conformance.
