Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• CPA preferred.
• ERP system experience highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting enhancements.
