Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking experienced Controllers for interim, project-based engagements across manufacturing, healthcare, and tech sectors. These roles backfill leadership positions and drive strategic finance initiatives with client organizations.

The position requires 8+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and CPA preferred. ERP familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics is desired to succeed in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Lead process improvements, system implementations, and special projects.
• Coordinate audits and support regulatory and tax requirements.
