Qualifications

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee grant compliance, tracking, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial information to executive leadership and boards.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor organizational financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Mentor and support finance team members while enhancing financial processes.
