Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT, or IT project management.
• Epic Bridges certification (active or reactivatable within 2 months).
• Expert knowledge of integration solutions (point-to-point, API), EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the interface solution roadmap and long-term platform vision.
• Manage EMR/vendor partnerships and governance of enhancements.
• Define portfolio strategy, including international expansion and AI applications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Demonstrate project management practices (scope, schedule, risks).
• Present complex integration progress and KPIs to stakeholders.
