Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Interface Manager to identify, manage, and resolve interface issues across infrastructure and energy projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with experience handling complex interfaces among diverse stakeholders. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management or interface management on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing complex interfaces among multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan for projects.
• Identify interface conflicts and interdependencies across disciplines.
• Lead interface meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Maintain an Interface Register with status and owners.
• Serve as central point of contact for interface-related queries.
• Track closure of interface actions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Provide regular interface status reports to management.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement in interface management.
