Job summary

Celestar seeks a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION tasking in Charlottesville, VA. The role focuses on intelligence management operations, administration, and tasking coordination for analysts and engineers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a field related to the labor category with 12+ years experience, last 2 years focused.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key operational and administrative support node for the contract’s analytical workforce.
• Ensure efficient flow of information and seamless task execution for analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Focus on the business and process of intelligence management, not just tradecraft.
• Administer incoming RFIs, formal task actions, reports, and briefings from receipt to completion.
• Review documents for accuracy, consolidate inputs, and format products per standards.
• Prepare read-ahead books and briefing materials for high-level meetings; coordinate security access.
• Manage cross-domain data transfer and secure dissemination to customer networks.
