Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to serve as the central operational and administrative support node for the FUSION analytical workforce at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA. This role manages taskings, RFIs, reports, briefings, and intelligence products, enabling analysts, engineers, and mission leaders to focus on execution.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire.
• On-site ability at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA from day 1.
• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in intelligence management or mission support.
• Experience managing RFIs, taskings, reports, briefings, and classified production workflows.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings and read-ahead packages.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar tools, and classified systems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity or analytic-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track intelligence taskings, RFIs, formal actions, reports, briefings, and correspondence from receipt through completion.
• Support efficient information flow across the PMO and analytical workforce.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, briefings, read-ahead packages, visitors, and official functions.
• Provide secure cross-domain transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Apply approved AI-enabled tools to improve workflow tracking and information management.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy, classification, sourcing, and compliance.
