Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support INSCOM NGIC FUSION task order in Charlottesville, VA. The role emphasizes analytic tradecraft, governance, and collaboration with government leadership to assure high-quality intelligence products.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in senior-level analysis, applying advanced methodologies, and mentoring junior analysts. Salary is commensurate with experience and contract funding.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the labor category.
OR a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience, total 17 years.
Active TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

Serve as the principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
Collaborate with Government leadership, branch chiefs, and analysts to ensure intelligence production is underpinned by sound analytical practices.
Lead reviews of contract analysis for quality and defensibility.
Guide analysts in selecting and applying methodologies, including SATs and quantitative/qualitative tools.
Participate in project kick-offs and in-progress reviews to maintain methodological foundations.
