Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in BI, analytics, or strategy consulting in tech.
• Ethical data sourcing with privacy and integrity.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience managing 1P and 3P datasets and related analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for analyses.
• Strong statistical analysis background including causal inference.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can shape analytics orgs.

Responsibilities

• Influence product direction with data-driven narratives.
• Lead advanced analyses and develop forecasts from 3P data.
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate external datasets.
• Triangulate signals to produce high-fidelity trend reports.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to isolate market shocks.
• Infer insights to improve forecast accuracy and strategy.
• Promote advanced methods and best practices across the team.
• Ensure data privacy, quality, and governance standards.
