• Hands-on data analysis across 1P and 3P datasets; strong data storytelling.
• Proficient in SQL; scripting in Python; statistical software experience (R).
• Experience with causal inference methods and Bayesian aggregation.

Responsibilities

• Influence product direction through data-driven narratives and market understanding.
• Lead advanced analyses with 3P datasets; develop models and forecasts.
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality and predictive power.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to create high-fidelity trend reports.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to isolate effects of shocks and actions.
• Drive adoption of advanced methods and best practices across the team.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and governance compliant analyses.
