Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Ethical data sourcing, privacy and integrity in insights.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools and prompting AI systems.
• Experience with 1P/3P datasets and data analytics tooling.
• Familiar with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with causal inference and Bayesian methods is preferred.
• Strong communication of complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and shape analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead market strategy and data-driven narratives influencing product direction.
• Conduct advanced analytics, develop forecasts, and deliver actionable insights.
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality and predictive power.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources into high-fidelity trend reports.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to assess market shocks and actions.
• Promote data governance and best practices across teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
