Qualifications

• 6+ years in BI, analytics, or strategy consulting in a tech environment with growing impact
• Ethical sourcing and synthesis of high-signal insights while upholding privacy and integrity
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and prompt engineering for automating analyses
• Experience with 1P and external 3P datasets for analysis
• Fluency in SQL and scripting for data querying and analysis
• Proven experience with causal inference and Bayesian aggregation methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and shape analytics organizations

Responsibilities

• Influence product direction through data-driven narratives and market understanding
• Conduct advanced analyses and build forecasts to inform strategy
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality and predictive power
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to create high-fidelity trend reports
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to isolate effects of market shocks
• Provide insights to improve forecast accuracy and market understanding
• Drive adoption of advanced methods and best practices across the team
• Champion data quality and governance standards
