• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of work experience (4+ with a PhD) in BI, analytics, or strategy consulting in tech.
• Proven ability to ethically source, validate, and synthesize high-signal insights while upholding privacy and integrity.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and prompting to automate analyses and synthesize insights.
• Proficiency with data querying languages and statistical software; experience with causal inference and Bayesian methods.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shape analytics organizations or products.

• Influence product direction through data-driven narratives and market understanding.
• Lead advanced analyses with 3P datasets and develop models and forecasts.
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality and predictive power.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to produce high-fidelity trend reports.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to isolate exogenous market shocks and competitor actions.
• Promote adoption of advanced methods and best practices across the team.
