Job summary

Composition Wealth, Seattle, seeks a Strategic Analyst to join our team and accelerate integration of recently acquired firms on the Composition platform. You will support M&A due diligence, build financial models, and contribute to AI initiatives and advisory growth analytics.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and collaborate across investment, technology, operations, accounting, and compliance to drive strategic priorities forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in wealth management, financial services, consulting, or banking.
• Track record running multiple projects at once under deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools; Power BI or similar is a plus.
• No immigration sponsorship provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams for acquired firms with milestone ownership.
• Assess systems and translate findings into requirements for integration.
• Coordinate across investment, technology, operations, accounting, and compliance.
• Support deal evaluation, build projections, and draft diligence materials.
• Maintain M&A calendar and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Assist AI implementation, analytics for advisory growth, and KPI reporting.
