Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners, part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Austin, TX to support the Integration Management Office. You will handle project coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep integrations organized and on track.

You will schedule meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items and risks, maintain plans and dashboards, and assist with executive updates and presentations, enabling Integration Managers to focus on strategy and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration meetings, working sessions, and governance forums.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and notes.
• Track action items, decisions, risks, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
• Prepare status reports for partner firms and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain integration dashboards and reporting materials.
• Escalate unresolved issues, risks, or dependencies to Integration Managers.
