Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC, part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Integration Management Office in Austin, TX. The role focuses on coordinating meetings, reporting, and administrative tasks to keep integrations on track and well-documented.

You will help Integration Managers by handling recurring processes, follow-ups, and governance logs, enabling leadership to focus on strategy and execution. This is a growth-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools preferred.
• Accurate and timely status reporting.
• Consistent follow-up and closure of action items.
• Well-organized project documentation and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate integration meetings, working sessions, and governance forums.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting notes.
• Track action items, decisions, risks, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports for partner firms and internal stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate updates from functional teams.
• Maintain integration dashboards and reporting materials.
• Assist with preparation of executive updates, status decks, and presentations.
